Founded in 2009, KWA developed the National DBE Training Institute out of concern for the continued professionalism of DBE/HUBMWBE personnel, especially for those newly appointed to such positions. Each of our trainers is an experienced professional in the area of DBE/ MWBE/HUB program implementation. We are not a team of lecturers; we are veterans in every aspect of DBE/MWBE/ HUB program administration from goal development to business certification and site visits.
